By submitting an estimate request form, you are requesting a construction project estimate from the contractor whose form you completed. The information you provide will be used to assess your project and prepare an estimate.
By submitting the estimate request form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from the contractor at the number provided. Your consent is obtained at the point of form submission and is not a condition of receiving an estimate. These messages may include:
Message frequency varies based on your project, typically 3–8 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. You can re-subscribe by replying START.
For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at hello@prontoclose.com.
All estimates provided through this service are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, specific requirements, and other factors determined during a detailed assessment. A binding contract will only be established through a separate written agreement between you and the contractor.
For certain projects, an in-person site visit may be required to provide an accurate estimate. A site visit fee (typically $75) may apply. You will be informed of any fee and must authorize payment before a site visit is scheduled.
This service facilitates communication between you and the contractor. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of estimates or construction work performed. All disputes regarding construction services should be resolved directly with the contractor.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
